The fast growth in the solar field has led to the several challenges in Operation & Maintenance(O&M) of solar power plant.Most of the plants owners do not realized the importance of the maintenance,They think since solar PV plant don't have any moving part so it does not required any maintenance for the next 20-25 years but the real fact is different.The amount of due deligance given to Engineering,Procurement & Construction is however not given to Operation & Maintenance of the solar Power Plant,As a result the performance ratio & efficiency of the power plant decreases .
